In honor of International Women's Day, we reaffirm our commitment to gender diversity and equality, as well as the advancement of women in engineering.
As signatories of the Engineering for Gender Diversity Charter alongside Syntec-Ingénierie, our focus is on three key pillars:
- Inspiring vocations: with initiatives like “Ma Ville en Vert” and “Tech My Job,” which aim respectively to introduce middle and high school students to engineering professions and to raise awareness among young people about jobs in tech, data, digital, and the environment, as well as through our discovery internships, we show young people that engineering is a career of the future!
- Ensuring fairness and boosting talent: we strive to guarantee equal treatment for all at every stage of their careers, while encouraging upward mobility to ensure women have access to leadership positions.
- Promoting work-life balance: remote work, flexibility (part-time, adjusted hours), and personalized return-to-work programs following leave (maternity/paternity/parental) → we implement numerous measures to help reconcile, over the long term, professional commitment and personal life.
With 43%* women in our teams, our female colleagues are profoundly transforming our sector: active in over 70 countries, they help preserve resources and work to improve access to essential services in water, energy, and waste sectors.
Thank you to them for their leadership, expertise, and commitment!
Together, let’s continue to advance engineering and pave the way for the next generation of women engineers.
