Solutions across the entire value chain
We work across the entire energy value chain: designing electricity and thermal generation infrastructure, analysing distribution networks, integrating renewable energy, and optimising the energy performance of municipal and industrial facilities.
Our experts design solutions that manage the intermittency of renewable energy, stabilise electricity grids and safeguard the financial viability of projects. This support enables public and private stakeholders to define their tariff mechanisms, anticipate regulatory change and structure their investments financially.
Our teams work across a wide range of geographical and regulatory contexts, drawing on an international network and operational experience that spans the full spectrum of energy and climate challenges. Each of our projects combines climate change adaptation, greenhouse gas emission reduction, stronger infrastructure resilience, compliance with regulatory and technical requirements, and financial viability.
As the Engineering & Consulting division of the Veolia group, we manage projects from start to finish, from defining the regulatory framework through to final inspection, to maximise the energy potential of urban and industrial infrastructure.
Why choose us
Our flagship projects
Modernisation and smart management of the electricity grids of Brazzaville and Pointe-Noire
In the Congo, E²C drew on our expertise to modernise its electricity grids. Our smart grid study led to a priority investment programme centred on the deployment of SCADA and OMS systems. At the same time, we provided technical support and training for local teams. The result: a tangible improvement in service continuity and a reduction in grid losses.
Energy optimisation and smart management of the Chișinău district heating network
Termoelectrica commissioned us to develop a strategic roadmap for the Moldovan capital. Our mission was to transform the district heating network into a smart system. For the 2026–2030 period, we have developed an investment programme to modernise distribution management, improve energy efficiency and minimise heat losses.
Automated management and reduction of outages on the Antananarivo electricity grid
In Madagascar, we set up an automated control centre to manage the Antananarivo Interconnected Network (RIA). This remote centre oversees 57 feeders, 1,504 km of medium-voltage lines and 2,980 medium- and low-voltage substations. Thanks to this infrastructure, service continuity is guaranteed and prolonged outages have decreased, benefiting 1.6 million inhabitants.
